- Crystalline compound with a features of which the applied ingredients penetrate and diffuse into the concrete for a long time it also reacts with cement material and fill up the airline cracks inside the concrete with multiplied crystals as a result of chemical reaction. It penetrates deep into the concrete to breathe, strengthen the concrete by sealing of cracks and cavities by forming crystallisation, and make the porous concrete into a sound substrate from its gross roots. Ideal to apply with brush/spray to the concrete surface for negative pressure of water including water retaining structures. effluent treatment plants & sewage plants.

Curing:

Alternatively The Surface Once Firm Can Be Covered With Plastic Sheets, We Hessian Or Midst Sand. Curing Compounds Are Not Recommended . Fresh Surfaces Should Be Protected From Rain For 24 Hrs And Frost For 5 Days. It Deep Pits And Enclosed Areas Sir Circulation Should Be Provided For 24 Hours Following Treatment. Moisture Cure Roofex Treated Surface 3-4 Times Per Day For A Period Of 2-3 Days Starting With Fine Water Fog Spraying The Day Following The Completion Of Roofex Applications. Back Fill Materials Can Be Placed On Roofex After Moisture Curing Has Been Completed No Protection Boards Are Required.
Overcoating:
- All Roofex Treated Surfaces To Receive Epoxy Coating Or To Be Painted Must Be Neutralized With A Solution Of Roofex Cleaner. The Roofex Application Has To Be Aged For A Minimum Period Of Two Weeks Before Application Of Epoxy.
